The Calm App

This free app offers an easy-to-follow guided meditation program that you can carry with you on your smartphone or tablet. With sessions ranging from 2 to 30 minutes, Calm is easy to fit into your day whenever you need to relax, take a break, or get to sleep.

To download the Calm app on your smartphone or tablet, visit the iTunes store or Google Play store and search for Calm.


Instructions for Downloading on an Apple iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch:
On your device, open the App Store. Click on the Search icon that looks like a magnifying glass, which is the second icon from the right at the bottom of the screen. Once the search screen displays, click into the search bar at the top of the screen and type the name of the app you want to download into the search bar. The search bar will automatically populate results; select the app you want to download. Click on the button at the top right that says “Get” to download the app.


Instructions for Downloading on an Android device (OS 3.0 and up):
On your device, open your Apps folder and click on the Play Store app. Once in the Play Store, click on the magnifying glass at the top right corner. Type the name of the app you want to download into the search bar. Select the app you want to download. Click on the “Install” button at the top right.
